Students at the Copany
School in County Donegal, just outside Donegal Town. Monitor at
left- Marion Cassidy, little boy in front of her could be her
brother Alphonse. In first row on left is Marion's future brother in
law, Anthony Cassidy, third boy is Marion's cousin Francis Michael
Cassidy, and last boy is her cousin Francis McMulan. The first girl
in second row is Marion's sister, Agnes Julia Cassidy, who died the
following year, October 1914. The fourth boy in the back row is John
James Cassidy, (brother of Marion's future husband Andy) who died in
1918 of the "Big Flu". The John Cassidy next to him may be Marion's
brother, John B. There are other McMullens, Murphys, and
Slevins in the picture to whom Marion was probably related then or
later by marriage.
